Notes for Hydraulic Stacker Truck: Hydraulic oil should be kept clean and replaced every 6 months.

When maintaining and cleaning the elevator, it is necessary to support the safety brace. Before leaving the factory, the 2.5 ton transporter has been tested and debugged. The technical indicators meet the design requirements. When using, only the power supply is connected, and the hydraulic and electrical systems need not be adjusted.

In the use of lifts, attention should be paid to the fact that they must be placed on a solid and flat ground in order to prevent overturning when working. Press the "up" or "down" button to make the worktable rise and fall.

If the worktable does not move, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection. When it is found that the working pressure of the electric elevator is too high or the sound is abnormal, the machine should be shut down immediately for inspection in order to avoid serious damage to the machine; the working status of the shaft pin should be checked regularly every month, and if it is found that the shaft pin and screw are loose, it must be locked to prevent the accident caused by the loss of the shaft pin.

The inclined platform vehicle has excellent stability, flexible operation and convenient implementation. It has a lightweight appearance and can perform the highest lifting ability in the smallest space.

The hydraulic oil of aluminium alloy lifting platform forms a certain pressure by vane pump. It enters the lower end of the cylinder through oil filter, flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve and balance valve, so that the piston of the cylinder moves upward, lifts heavy objects, and the upper end of the cylinder returns to the tank through flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve, and its rated pressure is through. The overflow valve is adjusted and the pressure gauge is used to observe the value of the pressure gauge.

The piston of the hydraulic cylinder of the manual stacker truck moves downward (as the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve, and the oil returns to the tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. In order to make the weight drop smoothly and brake safely and reliably, a balance valve is set on the return road to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure, so that the descending speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve regulates the flow rate and controls the ascending and descending speed. In order to make the brake safe and reliable and prevent accidents, a hydraulic control one-way valve, i.e. hydraulic lock, is added to ensure the safety of self-locking when the hydraulic pipeline bursts unexpectedly. An overload sound alarm is installed to distinguish overload from equipment failure.
