Extended systems with process monitoring sensors are an option. As an additional function, the hydraulic stacker truck system integrates a central lubrication system, reduces the maintenance requirements of the lifting system, and ensures that the worm wheel and screw are fully lubricated. During the operation, the system supplies grease to all relevant lubrication points of the four lifting elements. Lubrication system is essentially a central lubricant pump. With the assistance of two progressive lubricant distributors, the lubricant is separated between the lifting elements. The relevant lubrication points are activated during the extension or retraction of the lifting element according to the travel form.
Another option for closed-loop oil cooling for long-term operation is that the zinc pot lifting system is equipped with a special oil cooling function to ensure temperature control operation, thus prolonging the working cycle of the system. Temperature control hoisting system has many advantages, because its working cycle is not limited by the established operation and cooling period, but by the maximum temperature limit for hoisting system. In order to achieve this function, the temperature of the key position in the lifting element is continuously monitored. Only when the temperature exceeds the predetermined limit, the system shuts down the lifting equipment. With the help of the insertion sensor installed near the worm wheel, the temperature is continuously measured. When the temperature reaches the maximum allowable value, either the active cooling circuit reduces the system temperature to the allowable level, or the system stops.
For each lifting element, the cooling circuit consists of a pump body, a supply and return circuit, and an oil/gas cooler with an electric cooling fan. In addition, before any movement, the electronic sensor checks the oil level in the screw jack.

3. Design of double-pillar bow low-seat platform car. After modification and perfection, the assembly general drawing, component assembly drawing and non-standard part drawing are drawn, and the design calculation of the parts and the design calculation book are arranged.
4. The test and test of performance parameters must be carried out for the trial-produced lifting platform. Some of them should also be tested for stress and deformation in order to check whether they are in accordance with the design data.
5. Use assessment and appraisal to submit the trial lifting platform to the production unit for productive use assessment to further test the reliability, quality and other aspects of the machine. After the use of assessment, some parts of the machinery will also be disassembled and tested. The above information will be sorted out into identification documents and submitted to the appraisal department for examination and appraisal to decide whether to modify the design or put into production.
